Hensel Phelps’ Board of Directors Announces Shelby Promotion

Hensel Phelps’ Board of Directors promotes Scott R. Shelby, LEED AP to Operations Manager. Scott R. Shelby, LEED AP, Operations Manager, a graduate of the Pittsburgh State University, began his career with Hensel Phelps in 2000 and rose through the ranks to become Project Manager before being appointed Operations Manager.  Mr. Shelby is based at the Southeast District Office in Orlando, Florida.
