The Hensel Phelps Board of Directors is proud to announce the promotions of Bradley Jeanneret, Thomas J. Diersbock, Jennifer K. Scholz and Matthew McCaulley.
Bradley Jeanneret, DBIA, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Brad is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction science and management. He began his career with Hensel Phelps in the Southern California District as an office engineer on the United Airlines project at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Brad advanced his career through the ranks in Southern California prior to relocating to the Plains District in 2007. In 2011, he relocated to Guam to support the company’s growth opportunities in the Pacific and was promoted to Vice President/District Manager of the newly formed Pacific District in 2012. With Brad’s leadership, the Pacific District has gone on to experience significant growth and success.
Thomas J. Diersbock, LEED AP, has been promoted to Vice President/District Manager of the Pacific District. Tom joined Hensel Phelps in 1995 after graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction management. He began his career as a field engineer on the San Diego County Courthouse project. Tom worked his way through the ranks on various projects throughout the Southern California District, including higher education, hospitality, justice, federal and aviation. In September of 2012, Tom relocated to the Pacific District as an operations manager to support the growth of the Pacific District. Since that time, he has been very influential in the district’s growth and success. During Tom’s 21-year career, he has always valued and taken great pride in the relationships he has established.
Jennifer K. Scholz has been promoted to Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. Jenny started with Hensel Phelps in October of 2011 as controller. She attended the University of Denver (DU), where she graduated in 2003 with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting. While she attended DU, she also interned at KPMG. When she graduated in 2003, she worked for them full time as an auditor and eventually became a senior manager. Jenny worked at KPMG for nine years, serving as the auditor for Hensel Phelps for seven of those years. Jenny’s exceptional leadership skills and technical abilities eventually made her a great addition to the Hensel Phelps accounting team.
During the five years that Jenny has worked at Hensel Phelps, she has exceeded all expectations. She has assisted in modifying many accounting processes, including updating the accounting system, and has been instrumental in changing how the accounting department processes, stores and conveys information.
Matthew McCaulley, DBIA, LEED AP BD+C, STS, has been promoted to Director of Operations. Matt began his career with Hensel Phelps in 1998 after graduating from the University of Colorado. He has served two stints in the Mid Atlantic District but spent the majority of his career in the Plains District. Matt has held a variety of positions during his 18 years with Hensel Phelps, from office engineer to operations manager. A career highlight is Matt’s most recent assignment at Fort Meade in Maryland on the High Performance Computing Center, leading the construction procurement design of the project.
