Hensel Phelps and Gensler are teaming up to bring Baltimore, Maryland, its newest hotel. The Marriott Residence Inn Baltimore at Johns Hopkins Medical Campus will be a 15-story, 215,000-SF extended stay Marriott hotel. Located adjacent to the medical campus, its 194 rooms will help to alleviate the accommodation needs for families accompanying patients at the prestigious facility. In addition, the hotel will include retail space, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and a 6,000-SF outdoor terrace.
