The Athletic Offices Infill and Stadium Maintenance & Renovation project at the Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium completed the seventh level of the Stadium. Phase I of this project consisted of a 36,000 SF concrete slab, which Hensel Phelps delivered under a previous contract. Phase II of the Level 7 project features the Longhorn Foundation, a museum gallery, and the UT Athletics Department housed in a beautiful, 53,812 SF administrative office-space venue, including the men’s and women’s athletic directors, men’s and women’s basketball coaches and administration, the T-association, and Communications and Athletics IT.
