About the Project
The project is the second phase of Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, an open air retail center in Woodbridge, Virginia. Featuring 249,493 SF of retail space, the project included 6 separate core and shell retail spaces and was constructed for Stonebridge Development in 327 calendar days. Core and shell spaces were constructed for prominent retailers and restaurants including Travinia Italian Kitchen, Coldwater Creek, PF Changs, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar, White House / Black Market, REI, Golfsmith and DSW.
